We hope your flower-arranging workshop experience is safe and rewarding, but accidents can happen. The following waiver must be read by all participants to protect the Margot Blair Group LLC from liability.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the Margot Blair Flower Workshop I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, or assigns, do at this moment release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Margot Blair Group LLC. or its employees, volunteers, and agents from liability from any claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, risks associated with the use of alcohol; risks associated with the use of alcohol in conjunction with tools or other equipment and participation in the Margot Blair workshop.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Margot Blair Group LLC. and its employees, volunteers, and agents HARMLESS from any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in the Margot Blair workshop and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
Alcohol Consumption Waiver
By participating in this workshop, I acknowledge that alcoholic beverages may be served. I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that Margot Blair and its staff are not liable for any injuries, incidents, or damages resulting from my alcohol consumption during or after the event. I agree that staff reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately, without refund.
Photo Release
I authorize Margot Blair Group LLC. to use my or my child’s photo in any manner Margot Blair Group LLC. desires, for advertising, display, audio-visual, exhibition, or editorial use.
I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge all of the above by attending the workshop.
Parent or Guardian (if the student is under 18)
I am the parent or legal guardian of the below-named minor child and, as such, I am authorized to enter into this agreement. I agree that my minor child and I are bound by and subject to the terms of this agreement. I understand that by reading this agreement to hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Margot Blair Group LLC. or its employees, volunteers, and agents from liability for any claims resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the Margot Blair workshop.
