The Powell Small Business Network is looking forward to our first pet initiative, Powell Pet Palooza! We are opening this event to the community to share: resources for owners, resources for those wanting to help the adoptable animals, local small businesses to help your pet feel their best (and spoil them just a bit).  Join us for our 2025 Powell Pet Palooza from 10am until 2pm at Beaver Ridge United Methodist Church (7753 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville).

If you wish to be a vendor (or also want to contribute to our silent auction, benefiting local rescues), please fill out the information below.

The deadline to reserve your booth space is September 1st.  If you have not reserved your space by that time your space will be released to another vendor.

This is FREE to members of Powell Small Business Network
For Non-Members, its a $20 Fee.

Please let us know if you'd like to contribute anything to our silent auction.

As a participating vendor in the above-named event, I agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and fully understand that my participation in this event involves potential risk, including but not limited to injury, theft, property damage, weather-related loss, or other unforeseen incidents.
I voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby waive, release, and discharge the event organizers, sponsors, property owners, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-mentioned parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from my actions, omissions, or negligence, or that of my agents, employees, or representatives.
Booth Responsibility & Setup
I understand I am responsible for the setup, takedown, safety, and supervision of my booth and property. I will not leave my booth unattended and will maintain a clean and safe area. I agree to comply with any rules provided by the event organizers.
Licensing & Insurance
I certify that I hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate my business and to participate in this event. (Note: Vendors are encouraged to carry general liability insurance.)
No Guarantee of Sales
I understand that the event organizers do not and cannot guarantee vendor sales, attendance numbers, or customer interest.
Photo Release
I give permission for photos or videos of my booth and/or participation to be used by the event organizers for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation.
Weather Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise noted. In the event of cancellation or delay due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, I understand fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

I have read and fully understand this waiver and agree to abide by all event rules and safety procedures. I affirm that I am authorized to sign on behalf of the business named above.
