How do concierge requests work?
Submit the concierge request form with as much detail as possible.
Our team will follow up promptly to confirm availability, pricing (if applicable), and coordination details.
Once approved, we handle everything — from vendor communication to scheduling and in-home setup.
What kinds of services can I request?
Anything that enhances your stay. Just Better Living™ provides full-service, white-glove concierge coordination. Common requests include:
• Private chefs, catering, and bartenders
• In-home massage and spa services
• Transportation and airport transfers
• Ski rentals, gear delivery, and mobile tuning
• Holiday or event setup
• Gift delivery, errands, and surprise setups
• Housekeeping and hot tub service
• Corporate retreat and event support

Are you insured?
Yes. We’re a fully insured, family-owned business, proudly accredited by the Better Business Bureau and members of the Truckee Chamber of Commerce. We are trusted by homeowners, property managers, and repeat clients for our discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.

We are based in Truckee and provide concierge services throughout:
• North Lake Tahoe
• Incline Village
• Tahoe City
• Kings Beach
• Tahoma
• Surrounding areas
Custom arrangements outside this region may be available upon request.
What are your service hours?
Concierge coordination and in-person services are available 7 days a week, 11am–9pm.
If you have needs outside these hours, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What are your rates?
• In-home services: $85/hour (1-hour minimum, billed in 30-minute increments)
• Concierge bookings: 20% coordination fee on all third-party vendor services
• Errand runs: Quoted individually + 3% processing fee on purchases made on your behalf
• Catering setup: Flat-rate delivery and setup fees apply (see Rates section above)
All rates and terms will be confirmed prior to service.
Do you offer grocery delivery?
Yes — but grocery orders are handled through our dedicated grocery form, not this concierge request form. Visit justbetterliving.co/grocery-delivery to place a grocery or pre-arrival stocking order.
What is your cancellation policy?
We respect your time and ours. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Cancellation & Billing Policy
More than 24 hours in advance:
Only third-party vendor cancellation fees (if any) will apply.
Less than 24 hours in advance:
50% of the estimated service fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
100% of the service fee is non-refundable.
Vendor-based services:
Clients are responsible for all cancellation fees, deposits, or penalties imposed by third-party vendors. These will be charged to the card on file.
Final Charges:
Once a service has been rendered, all charges are final and non-refundable.
We will always confirm all fees, vendor terms, and cancellation policies prior to securing any bookings.
