    • Photographs and/or video footage of me, and/or
    • Quotes or testimonials provided by me

    for the purpose of marketing, promotion, public relations, or general information in formats including but not limited to:

    • Printed materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters)
    • Online content (e.g., website, newsletters)
    • Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
    • Video productions or digital campaigns

    I understand that:

    • My participation is voluntary and I may decline to be photographed or recorded.
    • Images or recordings may be used without further notification.
    • I will not receive payment or royalties for the use of my image or statements.
    • LIHE will take care to use material in a respectful and appropriate manner.
