Entry Deadline

All entries must be shipped to the designated location and physically received at Legend Jewelers no later than September 10, 2026.

Submission Requirements

Submissions must include all entry fees and the completed Entry Form.
All submissions must be insured and sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the address below.
If a contestant is unable to attend the Texas Jewelers Association Convention, they must include a prepaid return shipping label with their submission.
TJA and Legend Jewelers are not responsible for return shipping costs if a return label is not provided.
All submissions can be picked up at the TJA Convention.

Contest Rules

Insurance & Return Shipping

If a contestant is unable to attend the Texas Jewelers Association Convention, they must include a prepaid return shipping label with their submission. TJA and Legend Jewelers are not responsible for return shipping costs if a return label is not provided.

Contest Eligibility

Employees, officers, directors, judges, contest administrators, and any individuals directly involved in the administration, coordination, sponsorship, or judging of this competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or participate in the contest. Decisions of the judges are final.

Awards

Awards will recognize the 1st Place Winner and 2nd Place Winner.
