- Please note that it is a strict requirement that a stallholder must have in place your own Public Liability Policy with a minimum of $10 million cover in the stallholders name.
- If the stallholder offers for sale any of the products listed below, you must have in place your own Public & Product Liability Policy with a minimum of $10 million cover in the stallholders name. The Policy must include in the wording that you are covered for these products: - Cosmetics and beauty products, Medicines, Potions, Oils, Fragrances and Soaps, Toys
- Please attach a copy of your current Public or Public and Product Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency with this application.
- Should you not have Public or Public and Product Liability Insurance it is recommended you do not acquire it, until you have been notified in writing that your application has been successful.
- However, you will be required to submit a copy of the Certificate of Currency seven (7) days prior to your first market day.
- It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that the insurance is renewed and remains current for the term that the Stallholder undertakes trading activity at the Market; upon renewal, a copy of the Certificate of Currency must be provided.
- Please note that the Mandjar Markets will not be responsible or liable for any loss or stolen goods nor will we be liable for any injuries incurred whilst exhibiting by yourself or your Secondary Stallholder.

Working With Children (WWC) Certificate

(Only required if you are working with children, i.e. face painting, children's amusements etc.)
Please attach a copy of your Working with Children permit. If you do not have one and have been notified in writing that your application has been successful, you will be required to submit a copy of your Working with Children Check (seven) days prior to your first market. Please Note: Only adults that are working with children 100% of the time in their business need a working with children's check done e.g; face painters
