Break Occupancy Request Form

To be completed by the an occupant who wishes to occupy the chapter property either during the winter break, after the closing date of summer, or early before move in. Per the sublease terms "the Premises is closed for all university-recognized breaks and the Occupant understands that alternative housing needs to be arranged during this time.”Individuals are NOT allowed to stay as the house without the submitted request and approval from RPG. Anyone at the property that does not have approval by RPG is considered trespassing. They will be removed immediately and are subject to a fine. There is a $100/day fee for anyone who is approved to occupy the facility. RPG reserves the right to waive the fee depending on the individual's scenario, up to RPG's sole discretion. The occupant acknowledges they must still follow the chapter house rules and terms of the sublease during this time (reviewable on your RPG tenant portal under the documents section).
