INAUGURAL PRIDEFEST PRIDE CLUB DAY: FIND YOUR RAINBOW
Pride WA are excited to announce the inaugural Pridefest Pride Club Day: Find your Rainbow. This will be a chance for the LGBTQIA+ community to find and experience LGBTQIA+ and ally sporting, arts, musical and cultural clubs.
Date: Saturday, 22 November
Time: 11am - 5pm
Venue: Supreme Court Gardens
11am Warm Up - your stall should be set up and ready to go by 11am. There will be a coffee van to grab your caffeine!
11.30am Kick Off - official kick off on the stage
11.30-3pm 'Have a go’ activities, stalls
12 noon Bar opens and DJ on stage
3pm-5pm - Enjoy the music and Pride vibes.
[Stalls can be packed up from 3pm onwards.]

We encourage participation from:
- LGBTQIA+ sporting/music/arts/cultural clubs
- sporting/music/arts/cultural clubs that are allies of the LGBTQIA+ community and want to increase LGBTQIA+ participation in their activity
- state-level sport/music/arts/cultural organisations who want to connect to the LGBTQIA+ community
- businesses affiliated with sports/music/arts/cultural pursuits
- market stalls associated with sports/music/arts/cultural pursuits
- University/TAFE sports bodies
- relevant Government departments.
This is an application to participate as a stallholder at Pride Club Day. All applicants need to demonstrate their alignment and/or contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community as part of the application process. Pride WA will review applications and confirm participation prior to final confirmation by 21 September. Applications that are not accepted will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Note for Food Vendors: This application is for community and market stalls ONLY. Food Vendors wishing to participate at Pridefest 2025 will need to complete a separate Food Vendor Application: https://form.jotform.com/252091117681858
PRIDEFEST PRIDE CLUB DAY 2025 APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1: 1 August - Pride Club Day applications open.
Step 2: 14 September - Pride Club Day applications close
Step 3: 21 September - Applicants will be informed if their application has been accepted.
Step 4: 21 September - A second form will be made available for successful Pride Club Day applicants that will require formal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (see information below).
Step 5: If you have opted for a 'have a go' opportunity, you will be informed of the exact timings of that opportunity by 10 October.
Step 6: Mark your diary - Tuesday, 11 November, 6pm (online): Optional, online event briefing for Pride Club Day and Fairday. This is not mandatory, but is an opportunity for anyone who would like to attend an event briefing, and ask any questions that you may have.
