  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS - please read and pop the date in your diary.

    THE EVENT IS ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 19-  9am - 12.30  AND IS HELD ON THE EATON FORESHORE

     SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GIVE YOU AUTOMATIC APPROVAL FOR THESE MARKETS. 

    THERE IS A MAX OF 20 STALLS.

    AS IT IS AN EVENT FOR  FAMILIES AND CHILDREN,  PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE STALLS THAT HAVE A MAJORITY OF ITEMS AIMED AT THIS DEMOGRAPHIC. 

    APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN NOW AND WILL CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 1ST

    YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL BY SEPT 6 (please take note of this date too) 

    COST IS $30

    PAYMENTS/PRICING/INSURANCE

    • INSURANCE:  as per the Shire of Dardanup ALL stallholder MUST have their own insurance 
    • An invoice will be sent and payment is by direct debit and MUST be paid by the due date of 22nd  September.
    • It is your responsibility  to make sure you pay on time. Failure to pay will mean your application will be cancelled and your place offered to another vendor. 
    • Non payment or a late payment or cancellation may affect future applications.  

    REFUND POLICY

    • Refunds will NOT  be given for cancellations on or after October 6th  or for no-shows. 

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    • SW Pop Up Shops reserve the right to refuse any applicant. First preference will be given to local (SW area)  stall holders.
    • A variety of stalls and products are desired across the market.
    • No stallholder has a monopoly on any product or service. No communication will be entered into re another stallholder selling a similar product to yours.  
    • South West Pop Up Shops and Events reserve the right to move vendors on the day and to allocate bays as they see fit to the benefit of all the stall holders.
    • Stall holders are to be set up and ready for trade by 9am and are to remain set up until 12.30pm.
    • Stall holders are to provide their own tables/racks and chairs and gazebos
    • Stall allocations and further information will be emailed out by the Thursday prior to the event. Please read these carefully.
