1) Zero-Tolerance Behaviors

Lupin Lodge maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the behaviors listed below. Violations may result in suspension, expulsion, or termination of access.

Sexual Harassment / Inappropriate Conduct
- No sexual activity of any kind in public areas.
- No unwanted sexual behavior or communication of any kind, including advances, gestures, comments, eyeballing, or crude remarks.
Optional Guidance — Speaking Up: Guests may clearly and respectfully communicate if someone behaves in a way that is unwelcome. Phrases like “I’m not interested” or “Please stop” are completely acceptable. Staff are available to assist or intervene; we welcome a call or text to the office at any time.

Photography / Recording; No photography or video recording on property allowed. Cell phones must have the lens covered.

Substance Use. Guests may consume alcohol in moderation. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Safe Conduct. Any behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or threatens the comfort or safety of others is prohibited. If you experience or witness any of the above behaviors, please notify staff immediately. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

Section 2: Facility Etiquette & Community Standards

Nudity & Hygiene. Nudity is required in the pool area. Showers must be taken before entering the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna. Always sit on a towel when nude.

Safety & Conduct. No weapons, fireworks, or open flames. Observe posted safety rules at pools, hot tubs, and other facilities. Drive slowly; obey posted 10 MPH speed limits.

Noise & Electronics. Keep music, TVs, and devices at a low volume; use headphones when possible. Respect designated “Quiet Areas” (pool, hot tub, clubhouse lawn). Quiet hours are 10PM to 9AM.

Smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Dispose of ashes in containers provided.
Section 3: Child Safety & Parental Responsibility (applies only to guests with children)

Children under 14 must be directly supervised in pool and hot tub areas. Adults are responsible for the safety and well-being of minors in their care. Parents/guardians are accountable for their children’s behavior at all times.
I have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the rules and expectations in this Master Guest Agreement. I understand that violations of zero-tolerance behaviors may result in immediate expulsion or permanent revocation of access. I also understand that staff are available to address any questions or concerns, and that I may report unsafe or inappropriate behavior at any time.

I hereby assume all risks associated with use of Lupin Lodge facilities and release Lupin Lodge, its staff, members, and affiliates from liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss of valuables on the premises.
