I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms governing my use of Lupin Lodge's facilities:
I expressly agree to comply with all posted rules and regulations of Lupin Lodge, a private, family-oriented club. I understand that management reserves the absolute right to refuse service and/or terminate access to the premises at any time for violations of club policies, including but not limited to: acts of sexual harassment, public sexual conduct, aggressive behavior, public intoxication, or any conduct deemed inappropriate for a family environment. I further agree that I may not photograph or record any guest, member, or staff without explicit consent. Such violations may result in immediate expulsion and permanent revocation of access privileges, and where warranted, will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
I hereby assume all risks associated with use of the facilities and expressly release Lupin Lodge, its owners, members, staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss of valuables that may occur on the premises.
Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for the conduct and safety of minors in their care. All children under 14 years must be directly supervised by a responsible adult in pool and hot tub areas.
I acknowledge that Lupin Lodge is a clothing-optional community and nudity is required at the pool area only. Weapons, fireworks, and open flames are prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in specifically designated zones.
This agreement incorporates by reference all rules posted on the premises, which may be modified at management's discretion. By clicking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
