Do you have car parking?
- We can only accommodate 1-2 cars depending on the size of the vehicle. While, up to 8-10 motorcycles can fit in our parking area.
Are pets allowed?
- 1 pet is free!
- Pets are allowed as long as they're wearing diapers before and after your shoot.
What if we are late?
- We only allow 15 minutes grace period.
- If you arrived after the allotted 15 minutes grace period, your shooting time may be shortened and/or pause of time will be permitted.
- Reservations are considered void if the client did not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
Can we re-schedule our appointment?
- We do not require a downpayment, therefore we are requesting for you to show on your scheduled date.
- Kindly give us at least 1 day notice if you would like to cancel your reservation.
- If you are unable to provide us with advance notice of a cancellation or you do not show up for your reservation, we will require a 20% non-refundable downpayment on your next booking with us.
- Please don't make another reservation to change or reschedule your booking. Instead, please message us on our Facebook page if you need to make any changes to your reservation.
Are change of outfit allowed?
- Yes! One outfit change is allowed in Sessions B and C, while two outfits change are allowed in Session D, and E.
- If you arrived late, the time will not be stopped when you are changing outfits.
Is there a pause of time during outfit change?
- Yes! We allow 2-minute pause time to change your outfit.
- There is no pause of time for our studio rental.
Are companions allowed?
- We can only accommodate 1 companion as we have limited space in our studio, more than 1 will be considered as additional pax/person.
Can we bring our own props?
- Yes! We encourage you to personalize your session with props that complement the theme of your shoot. However, please note that very large or oversized props may pose challenges in fitting through our studio entrance.
When will we receive our soft copies?
- After your session, we will email your soft copies within 1 to 3 hours. The exact time may vary depending on the quantity of your soft copies.
How long can we expect our soft copies to be backed-up to your storage?
- We will back-up your selected soft copies for 7 days, while the unselected soft copies will be backed-up for 3 days.
REMINDER:
We have free props available to use in our studio. Therefore, any damages are your responsibility.
