Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2025 Diocesan Convention. Exhibits are available for the Diocese of Ohio: Bellwether Farm, diocesan parish-related programs/ministries, committees, commissions, and organizations.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own equipment and staffing for their exhibits

Exhibit Requirements

Exhibit Description: Please provide a brief description of your exhibit so we can provide you with the most appropriate setup and location. Please include your exhibit's primary aim.*

EXAMPLE 1: The primary purpose of our exhibit is to provide information about us by handing out hard copy materials about our ministry's outreach program. EXAMPLE 2: Providing information about our ministry.

Exhibit Tables: One 6' table per exhibitor will be provided.
