Prerequisites for staffing a program:
- Be committed to helping the participants of the program by generously offering your time and energy as a Coordinator, Meditation Instructor, or Assistant Director.
- Aspire to serve and inspire each guest who comes to visit the land.
- Have an established practice of shamatha meditation.
- Previous experience staffing Shambhala programs is desirable but not required.
- Ideally having taken the program you would like to staff first, as a participant, before you apply to help support it.
