If we adopt an animal we will provide professional vet care, a nutritious diet, and a loving home.We understand that the adoption fee(s) are as follows:: $90 - $125 for - Cats/Kittens, $150-300 - for Dogs/Puppies, $20 for chickens and other fowl. We understand that for exotic animals and livestock the fee(s) may range due to the animals breed, age, health, etc. An estimated fee scale is as follows: $40+ for exotics, $80 - $300 for smaller livestock, $600+ for larger livestock.We understand that adoption fees are non-refundableAnimals are adopted as is, and the rescue makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the animal's health, temperament, or future behavior. While we have made reasonable efforts to disclose known health conditions, we cannot predict or guarantee the animal's future health. The adopter assumes all risks associated with the animal's health and behavior from the date of adoption. The adopter is encouraged to have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of adoption.We understand that If the animal has not yet received all of their vaccinations, we will keep the animal away from any strange animal, play parks or any areas where other animals frewuent until we have vaccinated them fully.If the animal is not yet spayed/neutered at the time of adoption, the animal will need to be sterilized by one or our partnering veterinarians within 60 days of adoption if the animal is sexually mature. If the animal is not yet sexually mature, sterilization must occur within 30 days of reaching maturity or as determined by a licensed veterinarian. Failure to honor the spayed/neutered conditions of this contract may result in a $250 breeding fee being assessed and the animal being seized and placed back into the custody of Winter's Grace Animal Rescue. This condition is in place to prevent pet overpopulation, promote animal health, and reduce the number of animals euthanized in shelters. It ensures that adopted animals will not contribute to the surplus of unwanted animals and can live healthier, longer livesWe also agree that we will return the animal if we can no longer keep it. We will allow up to (3) weeks for Winter's Grace Animal Rescue to find a suitable foster before relinquishing the animal to them.No member of our household has ever been convicted of cruelty to animals.Photo Release StatementI give permission to Winter’s Grace Animal Rescue to photograph me and my adoptive or foster animal and to use and share these images, including any I provide, for promotional or informational purposes
