    By submitting this document.

    I am voluntarily participating in firearms or other related self-protection training. I do hereby release the instructor(s) from any injury caused by or resulting from my actions or the actions of other students. I am aware that my participation alone does not guarantee successful completion of any course. I am also aware that the Instructor may disqualify me for repeated unsafe actions that place others in danger. I agree when requested to submit my state issued identification and to pay a non-refundable deposit to complete my registration. I understand that the Instructor may conduct a criminal background investigation on me and also may disqualify me from any training. I agree that the instructor will also take still and/or video images of me for his records and that those records will not be published for public viewing. All class documents and information is private and is only available to the student and the Instructor.

    PISTOL PRIVATE LESSON (CALL TO SCHEDULED). This is a private course with one student. This training is 1.5 hours. For this training you will need to bring a handgun and 100 rounds of ammunition. I can provide a .22 handgun and ammunition for a fee. This training can be basic or advanced.

    NC CONCEALED CARRY GROUP CLASS (08/22/26). This is the scheduled class for up to 5 students. This is 8.5 hours of training. This is the required training to apply for a NC Concealed Carry Handgun Permit. Everything is provided for this class. I will provide a 22 handgun and all ammo for this training.

    NRA BASICS OF RIFLE SHOOTING (CALL TO SCHEDULED). This is a scheduled class with up to 5 students. This is the NRA Basic Rifle Course. This is only for the .22 caliber rifle. Everything is provided for this class. I will provide a 22 rifle for this class.

    ADVANCED HANDGUN FUNDAMENTALS 09/26/2026. This is a scheduled class with up to 5 students. This training is 4 hours. For this training you will need to bring the handgun that you plan to carry concealed. NO LIVE AMMUNITION is allowed in the building during this training and each firearm must be Inspected by the instructor prior to class. This is NOT a live fire course.

    PEPPER SPRAY TRAINING (CALL TO SCHEDULED). This is a private course with one student. This is 2 hours of training. This training includes safety procedures. The student will deploy a canister of pepper spray. Everything is included in the $100 price.
