By submitting this document.

I am voluntarily participating in firearms or other related self-protection training. I do hereby release the instructor(s) from any injury caused by or resulting from my actions or the actions of other students. I am aware that my participation alone does not guarantee successful completion of any course. I am also aware that the Instructor may disqualify me for repeated unsafe actions that place others in danger. I agree when requested to submit my state issued identification and to pay a non-refundable deposit to complete my registration. I understand that the Instructor may conduct a criminal background investigation on me and also may disqualify me from any training. I agree that the instructor will also take still and/or video images of me for his records and that those records will not be published for public viewing. All class documents and information is private and is only available to the student and the Instructor.

05/23/2026 NC CONCEALED CARRY TRAINING

This is 8.5 hours of training.

This is the required training to apply for a NC Concealed Carry Handgun Permit.

Everything is provided for this class.

I will provide a 22 handgun and all ammo for this training.

06/13/2026 NRA BASICS OF PISTOL SHOOTING

This is a 8 hour training course.

This is NRA Basic Pistol Training.

Everything is provided for this training.

I will provide a 22 caliber pistol for this class.

07/18/2026 NRA BASIC RANGE SAFETY OFFICER TRAINING

This is a 9 hour training course.

This is NRA Basic Range Safety Officer Training & Certification.

This is a non-shooting course.

06/27/2026 PEPPER SPRAY & TASER TRAINING $100

This will include 5 hours of training.

The student will deploy a canister of pepper spray and a TASER Pulse Energy Weapon device.

Everything is included in the $100 price.

This class requires a deposit of $20.

08/15/2026 NRA BASICS OF RIFLE SHOOTING

This training is 8 hours.

This is the NRA Basic Rifle Course using a .22 caliber rifle.
