Travel & Deposit Information
Travel within Atlanta and North Georgia is typically included in the honorarium range. For events requiring longer drives or air travel, the requesting organization is expected to cover airfare, lodging, and local transportation.

To reserve your requested date, a non-refundable deposit of $50–$100 may be requested depending on the size and type of event. If your event is unpaid or volunteer-based, no deposit will be collected.

Full confirmation details will be shared upon review of your request.

Payment & Deposit Policy
For paid events, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date, especially for travel-based or custom engagements. If your booking exceeds $1,000, we may request a 50% deposit upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due no later than 3 business days before the event.

Volunteer events or honorarium-only requests do not require a deposit but are reviewed case by case based on schedule and availability.

We will confirm your final speaking fee and deposit terms via email once your request is reviewed.
