Camper Pickup 2026

This Camper Pickup Information form has two purposes. First, to authorize those who may pick up your camper daily. Second, so that we know who to call in case of an emergency evacuation from our campground. (The CampDoc information is not relevant for camp evacuation.)

Camper Pickup: this form requires the name and phone number of all who are authorized to pick up your camper. Our Gate staff have this list and will use it in lieu of the preferred dashboard Name Sign that will be mailed to you in April.

Emergency evacuation: enter names in the order you wish these people to be called (day or night) if there were an emergency. If needed, our emergency callers want to reach your person quickly! Please put a parent/guardian as Contact #1 on the list.

The people on your list could be guardians/parents, grandparents, or carpool members. Please include the person(s) listed on the CampDoc as the Emergency Contact. Please ensure that these people know that you have listed them.

Enclosed in your camper's Welcome Packet that we will mail in April, we will issue a dashboard Name-Sign with the name of your camper. When this sign is prominently displayed at Gate, you do not need to show your Picture ID and this will speed up the Pickup process. We still require all the Camper Pickup names in this JotForm for our daily Gate list.

In the carpool line, please have your Name-Sign sign OR your photo ID ready for the Gate Staff to see. We will be checking for the Name-Sign or the photo IDs every day. Please share the Name-ign with everyone who will be picking up your camper.

We expect changes to the daily Carpool Dismissal List. The easiest way to allow a different person to pick up your camp is to send them the dashboard Name-Sign. Otherwise, anychange must be emailed to Keystone at least 24 hours ahead of time. (Keystone does not retrieve emails during camp hours.) registrar@camptuckerman.org

This list will also be used in case of Emergency Evacuation from Camp Tuckerman, day or night. Note that the evacuation address is St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 6030 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, 20814. (Enter the building on the upper level on the Grosvenor Lane side of the building.) It is important that you share the evacuation address with your designated people.
