  • TRAVELPRO® FLIGHTCREW™ 5: 3-YEAR LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY

    The Travelpro® Canada FlightCrew™ 5 3-year limited commercial use warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier. Damages caused by such airline or other common carrier should be directly reported to and claims be filed with the specific airline or company carrier.

    During the course of original ownership and normal usage, your luggage/product may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty.

    Disclaimer: Travelpro® Canada Leisure Luggage sold on our Aviation sites, including suitcases and soft bags, are not designed to be used for commercial use. Using any Travelpro® Leisure Luggage purchased on our Aviation sites for commercial use will void it's active warranty.

    Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

  • Travelpro® Canada’s Warranty Repair Disclaimer:

    As part of Travelpro® Canada’s Limited Warranty, we may determine your issue as repairable and send parts for replacement. All replacement order(s) do not extend nor restart the warranty period of your original Travelpro® Canada product(s). Travelpro® Canada has the right to offer replacement part(s) or product(s) which may not be identical to the original warranted bag, this replacement may either be from the same or equivalent collection. A shipping fee may apply for all warranty replacement orders.

    Travelpro® Canada may recommend authorized repair centers to help fix your existing luggage issues. Upon receipt and evaluation of your product(s), if the authorized repair centers determine the repairs are not issues listed under warranty, a quote will be provided to you with the repair costs which may include return shipping costs. Any quoted fees provided by the authorized repair center are at the full expense of the customer, these fees are not covered by Travelpro® Canada.

    This offer applies only to customers who’ve purchased their Travelpro® Canada products within Canada and currently reside within Canada (Also excludes YT, NU, NT).
