Part 1: Emergency Transportation Permission Form

I give permission for my camper to be transported in the car of an adult staff member of Camp Tuckerman in the event of an emergency that requires the evacuation from the Robert C. McDonell campground.  I understand that my camper will be transported in the safest manner possible and that I will be notified where to retrieve my camper and must do so promptly.

The emergency evacuation address is St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 6030 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, 20814.  (Enter the building through the red doors on the upper level on the Grosvenor Lane side of the building.) It is your responsibility to share this address with those you ask to pick up your camper(s) in an emergency.

 

Part 2: Permission Form for all Campers to stay for the Extended Day with an Overnight option for Foxes, Bears, PA-Types

I give my permission for my child to participate in the Extended Day and Overnight (Fox, Bear, PA Units) planned for Tuesday, June 30 (Rain date is Wednesday, July 1) in the following manner.  Please choose the ONE time that your camper will depart camp.

If you submit a second form for one camper, we will assume that the survey with the latest date is correct and we will disregard the first submission.

Note:  most campers who are not spending the night (Pixies through PA-types) stay for the extended day to be picked up at 5:45 pm.  Everyone in the unit helps to plan their unit's all-camp Extended Day activity.
