  • Cost of course: $350

    Registration form must be submitted at least 10 weeks prior to the course date.

    Course fees must be received NO LATER THAN 6 weeks prior to the course date, or you will be removed from the course.

    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the course date.

    Course fees include the course materials.

    Course materials will be mailed to the address provided below 30 days prior to the course date.
