    Use this form to request a refund for fees paid to the IHRI. All requests are subject to IHRI’s refund policies. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

  • Duplicate Payment | You accidentally made more than one payment for the same item or billing.

  • Overpayment | You paid an amount greater than the required fee due to a miscalculation or incorrect input.

  • Change of Mind (Before Start Date) | You voluntarily withdrew your registration before the program, course, or event officially started.

  • Program/Event Postponement | IHRI rescheduled the program and you are unable or unwilling to attend on the new date.

  • Program/Event Cancellation by IHRI | The course, seminar, or certification program was canceled by IHRI.

  • Medical or Personal Emergency | You are unable to continue due to verified medical, family, or personal emergency.

  • Ineligibility or Application Disapproval | You were deemed ineligible or your application was not accepted for the intended program.

  • Technical Issues with Payment Platform | An error during the online transaction caused an incorrect or repeated charge.

  • Non-Receipt of Confirmation or Access | You did not receive confirmation, access credentials, or any form of service within a reasonable time after payment.

  • aCPHR registrations are non-refundable. Please coordinate with your Program Manager to discuss alternative options (change of schedule, change of attendee, etc.)

  • Refund requests made within 10 days from the scheduled program date are non-refundable unless IHRI initiatiated the postponement or cancellation of program, course, or event. Please coordinate with your Program Manager to discuss alternative options (change of schedule, change of attendee, etc.)

  • Refund requests made between 15-19 days from the scheduled program date are eligible for 75% REFUND. In case the IHRI initiatiated the postponement or cancellation of program, course, or event, full refund is applicable. Visit THIS LINK to learn more about IHRI's refund policies.   • Refund requests made between 10-14 days from the scheduled program date are eligible for 50% REFUND.
