Complete this form to be considered for the 2027-31 slate of National Council At-Large Member candidates by providing the details below.

A committee will review applications and select the slate by no later than Nov. 1. Candidates selected for the slate will be contacted by the national office as soon as possible after selection.

Candidates selected for the slate will be asked to provide pertinent biographical information and a brief campaign statement that will be made available to chapters at least 30 days in advance of the election by e-ballot in March. Election results will be announced during Alpha Chi's National Business Meeting to be held virtually on April 10, 2027.
