    HOWDY! Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Holly Jolly Holiday Market at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. To apply to become a vendor, please complete the form below. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Fields that are marked with asterisks are required. Applications must be accompanied by a product photo.     PLEASE NOTE: We charge a vendor participation fee in the form of a $50 donation to the Antonio Cuevas Memorial Scholarship, benefiting a student of Texas A&M's Department of Hospitality, Hotel Management and Tourism and created in memory of a cherished member of our team whose presence is deeply missed since his untimely passing in August 2022. The fee will be collected upon approval of participation.

    Once you submit your application, you will be sent an email confirming participation, if space is available.

  • Market Location: The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, 177 Joe Routt Boulevard, College Station, Texas 77840. The market will be held in a portion of our lobby and pre-function event space as well as in the Century Ballroom.  

    Set-up Hours: Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 5:00AM to 9:30AM. All vendors must be setup prior to Breakfast with Santa's first seating at 10:00AM. 


    Market Hours: Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. We ask that all vendors have their display open during these hours. 


    Breakdown Hours: Sunday, November 30, 2025 from 4:01PM to 5:00 PM. Please do not initiate tear down or abandon your display prior to 4:00PM.

    Our team reviews each application to pick a good mix of businesses, growers and makers that best reflects our brand. We are looking for interesting products, including, but not limited to local, artisanal, handmade, homegrown, vintage, original art and Aggie themed merchandise. 

    Each vendor will be provided a 8'x8' space with two 5' or 6' tables and one chair. Any other decor is the responsibilty of the vendor. 

    Spaces will be assigned by our Texas A&M Hotel team.

    Electricity is provided for low voltage use only. You MUST bring your own lights and extension cords. Only LED lights are permitted. Electricity is for low voltage use only (LED lights and charging phones, etc). Heaters are NOT allowed. Please note that violation of this policy could result in loss of electricity for the whole event. 

     

  • RULES & REGULATIONS

    VENDORS REPRESENTATIVES: Vendors will limit the number of representatives at the Market to staff their display to four (4) at any given time.

    LIABILITY OF INSURANCE: Vendor agrees to protect and hold harmless the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center from any damages or charges imposed for violation of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the action of the Vendor or on behalf of the Vendor. Vendor shall at all times protect, indemnify, same and hold harmless the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center against and from any and all loss, damage cost, liability or expense arising from or out of or by reason of accident or other occurrence to anything or anyone, including but not limited to the Vendor, its agents, employees and guests, which arises from or out of or by reason of said Vendor’s occupancy and use of the market premises or a part thereof. The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will exercise reasonable care for the protection of Vednor’s materials and displays. However, the Vendor, upon certifying to this agreement, expressly releases the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, and other providers of vendor services from, and agrees to indemnify same against any and all claims for such loss, claims or injury. Vendors desiring to carry insurance on their exhibits will purchase it at their own expense. The vendor acknowledges that it is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage in such amounts as appropriate to comply with its obligations herein and for its own protection.

    SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY & PROCEDURES: Vendors leave materials at their own risk. The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is not responsible for any loss or damage to property, equipment or materials on-site.

    FIRE OR SAFETY REGULATIONS: Vendor agrees to confine its exhibit to the space provided. Circulars, publications, and advertising matter may be distributed only within the space provided. Nothing shall be posted on or tacked, nailed, screwed, or other-wise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building, furniture or drapes. Signs, nails, etc. will not be permitted to intrude into or over aisles. All equipment must have pads under it. The use of flammable and volatile materials or materials under high pressure within exhibits, displays, meeting and seminar rooms is strictly prohibited. The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center reserves the right to make modifications as necessary to meet fire code requirements, safety, access to areas and to establish area zones. Vendors agree to abide by all City of College Station and the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center fire and safety regulations.

    CANCELLATION OR CURTAILMENT OF EVENT: If the facility in which the Market will be held or is held is destroyed or becomes unavailable for occupancy for reasons beyond the control of the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, or if the event is cancelled, relocated or rescheduled for any reason, the hotel will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, damage or expense of whatever nature that the exhibitor may suffer.

    USE OF EQUIPMENT: Vendors are responsible for providing any equipment used in their displays. Vendors are responsible for movement of all exhibit material unless they have received written authorization by the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center or their authorized representative to utilize an outside contractor to move exhibit display material.
