Registration Fees

You must be referred by a CMTEI Student, trainer or a Mentor, to get a $100.00 off your registration fees.

Upon receiving your registration form and reviewing your supporting documents, the Institute will approve your application for the desired training program.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal as methods of payment for the registration fees. Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, you do not need to create one; you can continue as a guest.

Upon cancellation of your registration, a refund of $100.00 will be automatically deposited into your account. Please note that to receive a refund, you must submit a request before the program’s start date.

Registration Supporting Documentation

To complete your registration, you will need to submit the required documentation through a secure link sent to you via email.

A current resume (CV)
Photocopy of the diploma, certificates, or credentials for your highest level of education
A picture of yourself (to help recognize you during Zoom sessions, exams and residency sessions)

An email notification, including a secure link to upload your documents, will be sent to you after the payment of the registration fees to confirm receipt of your registration application.
