- All participants are required to wear a Kona Coffee Cultural Festival button.
- All entries must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on November 15th at Makaeo Pavilion.
- All entries become the property of the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival and will be sold by auction.
- The decision of the judges is final.
- If Applicant is under the age of 18 - be sure to enter parents name when prompted. Parent or legal guardian must sign the application. If the entry wins, check will be issued to the parent or legal guardian's name.
