The state of Colorado is a "Dry-Hire" state. Not allowing Moble liquor licenses. Which means by law we are not allowed to purchase, or transport any of the alcohol for your event. You the client must provide all the alcohol for the event at no cost to your guests, unless operating under a legal Liquor License.

We do take some of the stress off by collaborating together on a drink menu, and providing a detailed, and calculated shopping list customized for your event, and your guests. We carry both General Liability, and liquor liability insurance and work exclusively with TIPS certified bartenders to give you some peace of mind.
Starting Package

Starting package includes- one bartender for 5 hours.Set up and clean up. Bar tools, Cups, straws, bar napkins, garnishes and a Bar set up. (Bar set up includes 2 tables and a mini bar.) pitcher for batch cocktails and a cooler for serving ice. Alongside 2 big coolers to store NA beverages, canned beer, and cocktails. Lighting as needed. Meetings to collaborate a drink menu. Aswell as a complete shopping list of all the alcohol, and supplies needed for the event.Starting package without the bar set up. The venue provides a Bar and sufficient workspace.
Nine Of Cups requires one Bartender per 75 guests to ensure the best quality service and hospitality. If your event exceeds 75 guests an additional Bartender(s) will be added to your Quote.
Gratuity

You will allow the bartender(s)to collect tips at your event. Also agreeing to pay the difference in the tip minimum per bartender. (Invoiced withing 48 hours and due within 14 days after your event.)You DO NOT want tips collected at your event, and agree to pay the tip minimum per bartender.
Coverage from the elements is required

ICE

You the client will provide all the ice required for the icewell, along side the ice needed to stock the coolers, and the water station.You would like our company to provide all the ice required for the icewell, along side the ice needed to stock the coolers, and the water station
A Water Station is required by Nine Of Cups for the safety of the guests. Especially those who are consuming alcohol.

You, the client will provide the water station, including drinkware.You need to rent a water station including drinkware from our company.
Mixer Package

Mixer package includes basic drink Mixers such as soda, juices, bitters, and simple syrups, to go alongside your spirit choices. Price is variable

Payment Transparency

The first deposit of 50% will be collected upon signing of our Nine Of Cups Bartending contract. The additional 50% deposit will be due 30 days prior to your event. All deposits are non-refundable. Any addional charges due to changes at the event will be invoiced, and payment will be due within 14 days after your event. Invoices are sent via Square up. All cards are excepted. Aswell as cash if contract is signed in person.
