GoldWing Getaways charges a planning fee based on the total cost of the trip booked through our services. The fee structure is as follows:Trips up to $1,000 are subject to a flat fee of $150Trips from $1,001 to $2,500 are charged a 15% planning feeTrips from $2,501 to $5,000 are charged a 12% planning feeTrips over $5,000 are charged a 10% planning feeNo planning fee is collected until the client has reviewed and approved the final itinerary. By approving the final trip proposal, the client agrees to the applicable planning fee, which will be invoiced at that time. This fee covers professional services, including travel research, itinerary design, booking coordination, supplier communication, and ongoing support before and during travel.Cancellations & Refunds GoldWing Getaways acts solely as a planning and booking intermediary. We are not responsible for the cancellation, change, or refund policies of third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and travel platforms. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.Planning fees are non-refundable once planning has begun, regardless of changes or cancellations made by the client or vendors.Trip Changes Minor adjustments (e.g., hotel preferences or timing changes) are included in the planning fee. Significant changes—such as new travel dates, destinations, or traveler count—requested after planning has begun may be subject to an additional planning fee, at the discretion of GoldWing Getaways.Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. GoldWing Getaways can provide guidance on insurance options upon request but is not liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience experienced by clients who decline coverage.Liability Disclaimer GoldWing Getaways is not liable for events or losses beyond its control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier defaults, personal injury, shitty exes, illness, or property damage.
