Goldwing Getaways
  • Goldwing Getaways

Your trip will be built from scratch! The more you fill out, the sharper it will be. Skip only what doesn’t apply. And be honest about your budget, habits, and deal breakers; guessing or sugar coating will only slow things down later. The process takes about 5-10 minutes but saves hours of back-and-forth. • Who's traveling?

Everyone listed here will be used for bookings, pricing, and room setups — so double-check spellings and ages. If someone’s on the fence, leave them off for now; adding travelers later is easier than removing them mid-plan. Kids, partners, friends — whoever’s in, make sure they’re passport-ready.
  • Flight Preferences

There’s no need to sprint through terminals with a lukewarm coffee and instant regret — I don't book stupidly tight layovers. Red-eyes only if you ask for them, because sleep matters. You'll always have enough time between connections to breathe, stretch, and not hate your life. Rather than the cheapest ticket that wrecks your body for three days, I aim for the sweet spot between price, timing, and comfort. Checked bags, seat selection, and any upgrades are confirmed before payment, so you know exactly what you’re getting. No surprises. Just the best shit, booked right.
  • Accommodation style

I only book places I’d actually stay. clean, safe, and worth the damn money. You’ll always have Wi-Fi, AC, and a spot that matches your vibe, not surprise hostels or weird shared bathrooms (unless asked). I can request early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible, and I won’t book first- or last-night stays far from the airport because no one should be stressing traffic when they’re tired, jet-lagged, or ready to be done. I prioritize eco-conscious, locally respectful stays and only use Airbnb when the property is legal, sustainable, and not screwing over local housing. Rest should feel earned, not risky.
  • Excursions

I don’t schedule excursions on your first, last, or second-to-last travel days so you can actually settle in, breathe, wander, or pack without rushing. Those buffer days matter just as much as the adventure — because a good trip isn’t about cramming shit in, it’s about having space to enjoy where you are.
  • Communication Style

Most updates come through email and your private HoneyBook portal so everything’s easy to track and nothing gets lost in endless calls. You’ll still have 24/7 support if something comes up mid-trip or after hours — because shit happens, and you won’t be handling it alone.
  • Payment Type

No money moves until your itinerary is locked. You’ll review every detail first — flights, stays, excursions — and once you approve the plan, payments are handled securely through my booking system. Deposits go straight to vendors, not me, and final payments aren’t due until everything’s confirmed, so there are no hidden fees or last-minute bullshit. Planning fees apply only after approval and are based on the total trip cost: trips from $0–$1,000 are a flat $150, $1,001–$2,500 are 15%, $2,501–$5,000 are 12%, and $5,001+ are 10%.
