Contractal Agreement Terms
Reservation and Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a rental and is applied as a credit towards the rental price.
- Renters may move their requested date ONE time via notification PRIOR to the scheduled request.
- The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
Mailing and Retruning Items
- Rentals will be shipped out USPS priority by Tuesday of the rental week. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping in US only.
- If you are requesting a rental after Tuesday at 12pm, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees.
- Items should be returned in the shipping box provided or a box of same size.
- The address to return all items to is 715 NC HWY 710 N, Pembroke, NC, 28372 unless otherwise advised. You may be asked to ship to another customer.
- You must return the rental post marked the Monday after your scheduled date via UPS, FedEx, or USPS PRIORITY. Tracking information should be provided. If you are unable to ship out on Monday, there will be a $25 fee per day and YOU ARE EXPECTED TO SHIP THE ITEM OVERNIGHT at YOUR EXPENSE. Please be considerate of others.
- Insurance for the item must be included. If the item is damaged or lost via mail and insurance was not included, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for repair/replacement of the item.
Conditions and Care
- Items may have slight flaws due to normal wear and tear. An inspection of each item will be performed prior to shipping to the renter.
- If you have any concerns of the item's condition, you should reach out directly to me.
- ABSOLUTELY no eating or drinking in the rental without a waterproof cover.
- No smoking in/around the rented item. A $25 fee will be applied if the rental item is returned that has the smell of smoke.
- If damage occurs to the item under your care, avoid dry cleaning or washing any items. Notify me IMMEDIATELY. You will be asked to send a detail of the damages and pictures.
- You are responsible for fees required to repair rented items that were damaged in your care.
Alterations and Repairs
- Altering ore embelishing the rental item is prohibited. A safety pin can be used, however, magnets are strongly recommended for contestant numbers. Reminder: Any damaged acquired is the responsibility of the renter.
- Refunds will NOT be provided due to inappropriate fit or undesired look.
Cancellations
- Notification of cancellation should occur by Tuesday at 12pm of the week you are scheduled. You may change the rental date ONCE. The deposit is non-refundable. If the rental item has not been mailed and you have paid in full, a refund can be provided excluding the deposit.

L&L Pageants is NOT responsible for any wardrobe malfunctions that may occur during a pageant. L&L reserves the right to file criminal charges if the rental item is not returned.
