This Hunting Outfitter Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Longneck Outfitters and the Party, effective as of the date signed below.

1. Services Provided

Longneck Outfitters agrees to provide guided migratory game bird hunts, including but not limited to sandhill crane, duck, teal, and goose hunts.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as agreed upon between Longneck Outfitters and the Party. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure the Party’s hunt. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the hunt.

If the Party cancels within one (1) month of the scheduled hunt date, the remaining 50% balance will still be owed in full, regardless of whether the Party participates in the hunt.

A minimum of six (6) hunters is required for weekday hunts, and a minimum of eight (8) hunters is required for weekend hunts. If a group arrives with fewer than the required minimum, the Party will still be responsible for paying the full minimum rate.

This minimum requirement excludes hunts that are designated as mixed group hunts arranged by Longneck Outfitters.

3. Liability Waiver

The Party acknowledges that hunting and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. By signing this Agreement, the Party voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to hold Longneck Outfitters, its owners, employees, contractors, guides, and any landowners, farmers, or agricultural operators of the properties being hunted, harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in any hunt or activity provided under this Agreement.

4. Party Responsibilities

The Party agrees to follow all instructions provided by guides and to abide by all local, state, and federal hunting laws and regulations. Any unsafe or illegal hunting practices, as determined at the sole discretion of Longneck Outfitters or its employees, will result in immediate termination of the hunt. In such cases, payment in full will still be owed by the Party and no refunds will be issued.

The Party is also responsible for assisting with the setup and breakdown of decoy spreads, including carrying equipment to and from the field as directed by guides.

All members of the Party are expected to abide by all applicable state regulations regarding bird cleaning, tagging, transportation, and storage. Alternatively, Longneck Outfitters can perform tagging, transportation, storage, and bird cleaning for a fee of $5 per bird, if requested by the Party.

All bird cleaning conducted within Longneck Outfitters’ cold storage facility shall be performed exclusively by authorized employees of Longneck Outfitters. No external parties shall be permitted to process game within the facility.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the property and disqualification from future hunts.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
