Stall activity other than those specified above may result in the stall being shut down with no recourse as we aim to host a variety of stall types.

Pitch size is 4 metres by 4 metres for £20 (£15 for residents of Cannock Wood and Gentleshaw), except for stalls offering food and drink to be consumed on the showground where rates are subject to negotiation. Please provide vehicle length/trailer length if you would like to park adjacent to your stall. You may have a silent generator in operation during opening hours of the Midsummer Fair but you should give details of the decibel rating below. There may be some larger pitches available at a higher cost and if you need a larger pitch please explain why and what size pitch you require.*

If the cover expires before the date of the Midsummer Fair you will need to provide a copy of your insurance policy to hello@midsummerfair.info no later than 31st May 2026 which is valid for the date of the Midsummer Fair. Failure to do so will result in your pitch being forfeited and there will be no repayment of fees in these circumstances. The policy must be for Public Liability not Employers Liability. The sum assured must be at least £5 million.

I, {name}, hereby confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Midsummer Fair organisers and undertake to:

1. Provide the organisers with proof of public liability insurance covering the stall for the date of the Midsummer Fair by 31st May 2026.

2. Arrive on site through the Village Hall car park on Buds Road between 8.30am and 9.30am.

3. Bring everything needed for the stall including gazebo, weights and anchorage for gazebo if needed, and tables.

4. Vehicles must be parked in their allocated space by 10am and may not then be moved onto, around, or off the show ground before 4.30pm. Please note that late arrival (after 10am) will mean that you will not be able to park close to your pitch, nor to drive on the show ground even to unload.

5. Not pack up the stall before 4pm but then pack up promptly and leave the show ground between 4.30pm and 5pm.

6. Take away all everything brought and waste (including empty boxes, tent pegs and litter) and leave the site as found.

7. If allocated a stall make payment in full for this within 14 days of being sent confirmation and payment details quoting the confirmation reference. If the organisers cancel the fair or any outdoor parts of the fair, for example due to extreme weather conditions, I accept that the stallholder booking fee may be repaid and that in no circumstances will the organisers accept responsibility for any consequential losses.

I understand that the submission of this application does not guarantee a stall, and stall allocation will be at the discretion of the organisers.

I accept full responsibility for preparation of the risk assessment for my stall and for operating with complete regard for health and safety of the public, other stallholders and organisers.

I have provided information including personal data for the purposes of this application and agree that the Midsummer Fair organisers may retain this data in administration of the fair and will not share this information with any third party without my consent, unless required to do so by law.
