Wild Salt Culinary – Terms of Service Last updated: 7/26/25 By submitting this inquiry form and/or booking services with Wild Salt Culinary (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“client” or “you”) agree to the following terms. Please read carefully to ensure a smooth, safe, and delicious experience. 1. Scope of Services: Wild Salt Culinary offers personal chef services including: Custom meal planning, In-home cooking, Cleanup following service. We pride ourselves on upholding high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness while working in your kitchen. We aim to make your meals nourishing, joyful, and inspired by seasonal ingredients. 2. Client Responsibilities: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both parties, we ask that you: Provide a clean, sanitary, and functional kitchen space, Disclose any and all allergies or dietary needs prior to service, Notify us of any pets, parking limitations, or home-specific considerations ahead of time. We are not responsible for delays or limitations in service due to undisclosed issues or unsafe working conditions.3. Nutrition & Health Disclaimer: While Wild Salt Culinary is led by a Registered Dietitian, these services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice. All food recommendations and meals are meant for general wellness and enjoyment. If you have medical concerns, please consult your physician or healthcare provider. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed service cost. Rescheduling is possible based on availability.5. Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon receiving your service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices will be sent via Stripe for 50% of the fee before service, and the remaining 50% plus any extra food cost above the estimate at time of service. Late payments may be subject to a fee. Custom packages and larger bookings may require a deposit to hold your date. 6. Kitchen Liability & Waiver: By allowing Wild Salt Culinary to cook in your home, you agree that we are not responsible for pre-existing damages, malfunctions in appliances, or injuries due to unsafe conditions unrelated to our direct actions. We will, however, do our best to care for your space as if it were our own. 7. Intellectual Property & Content: Photos or menus created as part of your service may be shared (with discretion) on social media or our website. If you prefer not to have your space or meals shared publicly, just let us know — your comfort always comes first. 8. Respect & Boundaries: Wild Salt Culinary reserves the right to terminate services if there is any form of harassment, unsafe conditions, or breach of contract. We believe in kind communication, mutual respect, and working collaboratively to bring beauty and nourishment to your table. 9. Retreats: Client must cover travel expenses in addition to service fee and food cost for Wild Salt Culinary to attend. Our best efforts will be made to keep travel costs low.
