We're excited to see your interpretations! Visual artists: both your original submission and your response must be dropped off on September 5th or September 6th. THIS FORM is to enter the information for your INTERPRETATION PIECE.
You have already paid your entry fee so you will NOT pay and entry fee on this form. You are just entering the information for your INTERPRETATION artwork (we already have the info for your ORIGINAL artwork.

FYI: *An additional 15% fee will be added to the sale price of each artwork. In the event of an artwork sale, this fee will go to the accompanying writer. This means the price you see on your artwork in the gallery will be different than what you enter on this form but you will still retain the same 65% of the price that you enter on this form.
