Please note the following:
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A $100 non-refundable fee per course is required at this stage to complete your registration. This fee is due at the end of this application and can be paid via PayPal.
- Full Course Payment: Course costs are determined by their credit hours. A 3 credit course costs $1500 and a 2 credit course costs $1000. Upon payment of the non-refundable fee and completion of registration, Mufid Seminary will contact you via email to coordinate the full payment or a payment plan. Course fees are due before the start of classes on September 8, 2025.
Merit-Based Scholarships for Auditing Students*
*While all are welcome to apply for scholarships, preference is given to applicants currently pursuing study (or recent graduates within 2 years) at an accredited North American universities and who are between 17-33 years of age.
At Mufid Seminary, we recognize the value of lifelong learning and are committed to supporting dedicated students who wish to audit our courses. We offer merit-based scholarships (up to 50% off course costs) to exceptional auditing students who demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and community service. To apply for a merit-based scholarship, interested students are required to submit a 250-word essay or statement of purpose. In your essay, outline your passion for Islamic studies, your reasons for choosing to audit courses at Mufid Academic Seminary, and how this scholarship will help you achieve your academic and personal goals. Additionally, please describe any past experiences in learning Islam and serving your community that highlight your dedication and suitability for this scholarship. Applicants also need to submit an unofficial transcript and a character reference letter from a religious scholar.
