LPA Membership is Required to Register

You, or a person in your household, MUST be an active paid member of Little People of America in order to register and participate in all conference activities.

If no one in your household is an active paid member of LPA, please join or renew with the National Office - (714) 368-3689 or at this site: https://www.lpaonline.org/join-or-renew. The current annual LPA membership dues are $55.00 per household. If you have questions, please email the LPA National Office: info@lpaonline.org. On Friday afternoon, we will kick things off with our registration followed by folks gathering to the hospitality rooms to enjoy some food and drink, along with getting together and catching up after a long winter. At 8pm, we will have entertainment as our buddy Tim will be hosting trivia and there will be prizes on the line for those who win.

There is complimentary breakfast to those staying at the hotel, and we will have a parents’ meeting where you can meet other parents and discuss different aspects of your dwarf child’s life in an open discussion format. Due to topics discussed at the parents' meeting, we ask that no children attend. There will be a supervised children's room available for your convenience during the morning meetings.  Directly following the parents’ meeting, there will be the General Assembly Meeting with updates from our regional representatives. 

Lunch will be on your own and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but for our LPA OWLS (50 years and older), there will be a luncheon at a nearby restaurant. For our teens, there will be a teen hangout room, with games both digital and old fashioned physical. Adults don't fret! We have a list of activities and things to do either at the hotel or nearby. On Saturday evening, we will have our Indy Ranch theme, so please wear your cowboy hats, boots, denims, and get ready for a blazing time. We will have cocktail hour, followed by our banquet, and then our dance. We will have 50/50s on both Friday and Saturday nights, as well as our raffles during the dance!

Important

Early registrations are due by February 25th,2026.  Any registrations made after will be subject to late fees. Registration is required for everyone attending and name badges must be worn to all activities. Everyone must adhere and sign the code of conduct forms upon receiving their registration packets at the regional.

Meals

All meal orders must be purchased by February 25th, 2026.

Financial Support 


First time attendees can apply for the D5 Vito Zella grant, up to $100.00 grant to help defray attendance costs. Please visit the District 5 Facebook Page (https://tinyurl.com/District5FB) in the Files Section to download the application form and submit it to D5 Treasurer Ron Roskamp at RRosk@aol.com prior to the regional.

Separately, our district may provide up to 5 applicants the new D5 Grant for individuals and/or families that are current LPA members who need financial assistance to attend a regional. This grant may not be used by first time regional attendees. The D5 Grant will provide up to $100.00 to selected applicant(s) to be used for hotel, banquet or other regional designated activities.  To apply for this grant, please download the application from District 5’s Facebook page under the Files tab or contact district5@lpaonline.org. An essay explaining how the D5 Grant will benefit you by being able to attend the regional is required with the application. Families and individuals may apply for the D5 Grant only once a year. After one calendar year, they may reapply.

District 5 Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable after March 13th, 2026. Any requests for registration refunds must be made in writing before this date to Jamie Nading at knj_nading@msn.com. NO ON-SITE REFUNDS can be provided. Those who do not cancel before the deadline and do not attend the regional, forfeit all registration fees. Your registration will be refunded subject to payment fees.
