Declaration of Acceptance*

I acknowledge that I have been nominated for the position selected above and further declare that as a nominee for this office of leadership that I am aware of the Christian origin and purposes of the International Association of Y’s Men’s Clubs. If elected, I shall give their full and enthusiastic support to the pursuit of the same in harmony with Y’s Men and Y’s Menettes of every race, creed, sex and national origin. I declare unconditional loyalty to the Christian basis of our movement and to our partnership with the YMCA.
Criminal Conviction Declaration*

I declare that I have not been convicted by any court in any country for any criminal offence that would disqualify me from holding a leadership role in a non-profit association registered in Geneva, Switzerland. I further confirm that I will disclose any relevant criminal cases that may arise during my term, if elected.

I declare that I have no personal, professional, or financial interests that conflict, or could reasonably be perceived to conflict, with the interests, mission, or objectives of Y’s Men International. I further confirm that I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise during my term, if elected.

Medical Fitness
A scanned copy of the medical clearance form completed by your doctor is required. It should contain the following statement:

"I have examined (name of candidate) and have found them to be medically fit at this time. To the best of my knowledge, there is no reason to suggest that they are unable to fulfil the duties for the entire term of the nominated role with Y’s Men International, which may include frequent overseas air travel in order to attend and participate in International meetings and conferences."

I understand that as a condition of nomination, I have obtained medical clearance from a doctor and to the best of my knowledge, there are currently no medical reasons to suggest that I am unable to carry out the nominated role for the entire term.
