    Who can apply for a loan?

    The business proprietor/director/guarantor, director’s finance broker, accredited and mortgage brokers can apply for a short-term loan on behalf of the business. We can only provide loans to business borrowers with an ACN, with suitable property or vacant land as equity and must be for genuine business purposes.

    We don't conduct credit checks until we have a signed privacy act. As there is no privacy act in this Express Enquiry Form to sign, there can be no credit checks appear on your credit report.

    Once the form has been completed, supporting information uploaded, the submission will be assessed by credit analysts with a fast turnaround time. If approved, an Indicative Quote (IQ) or Indicative Letter of Offer (ILO) will be issued. After that, valuation(s) will be ordered and legal terms confirmed. When the loan agreement conditions have been satisfied, the funds can then be released into the borrower's nominated account. It’s that simple!
