Training Programs will be categorized into event specific groups:
Speed/Sprints
40-YD Dash
Hurdles
Mid-Distance
Long Jump
Pre-Season Conditioning (all sports)
Training Duration: up to 1 hour & 30 minutes
*Memberships recur monthly
*Please note: one session equals 1 day per week; two sessions in a single day equals 2 days per week. Must be the same session(s) weekly
