    Thank you for your interest in the Queenstown International Football Cup 2026.
    Now that we've reviewed all expressions of interest, confirmed venue availability and set the entry fees, we're inviting clubs to confirm their participation.
    Please complete this form to register your teams.
    Note: One submission per club only.
    Submitting this form does not guarantee a place in the tournament - entries will be confirmed based on available space in each grade. Final confirmation will be emailed once selections are complete.
    One of our team will aim to confirm a spot within a couple of weeks of receiving your submission. If you don't hear from us within this timeframe, it means your team(s) have been added to the waitlist and we will be in touch as soon as we can when a spot does become available.

  • 2026 Global Games Queenstown International Football Cup Sign-up Terms

    1. Entry Fee Payment Terms:
      - Per team: 
         - U10 & U11 (7-a-side): $650
         - U12, U13 & U14 (9-a-side): $750
         - U15 (11-a-side): $850

      - Payment Schedule:
         - Deposit: $250 per team is required to secure your spot 
         - Full Payment Due: 1st December 2025

      Bank account details will be provided when team entry is confirmed so that the club/teams can then process the deposit payment.

    2. Withdrawal Terms
      - Withdrawal by 1st October: Teams eligible for a full refund, including the $250 deposit.
      - Withdrawal after 1st November: Deposit is non-refundable
      - Withdrawal after 1st December: No refunds will be issued.


      Please Note: By securing places, teams may prevent other clubs from participating. Withdrawing after December can impact other teams’ ability to join and limits their fundraising time, making it challenging for them to replace a team on short notice.

    3. Waste-Free Event Commitment
      In line with our sustainability goals, Global Games is committed to running waste-free events by 2025.
      By entering, your club agrees to:
      - Sort and manage your team’s waste and recycling
      - Drop recyclables at the "Without Waste" tent
      - Take all general waste away with you
      Please factor general waste disposal costs into your team’s fundraising plans. This helps reduce landfill waste and supports a more sustainable future.
