I certify that I have Liability Insurance on Boat/RV that is occupying Boat/RV storage at 720 E. Grand Ave, Fox Lake, IL 60020. I understand it is my responsibility to furnish Crichton Rentals, with a copy of my insurance policy.

I have read, understand and accept the Rules and Regulations set forth by Crichton Rentals to lease at the Boat/RV storage. I will receive a signed copy of this agreement and abide by all Rules & Regulations as noted in lines 1 through 7.

Storage Rental Agreement Rules & Regulations

1. I hereby acknowledge and agree that the Rental Fees are $3.00 per foot and is due on the 1st (First) day of each month. The agreement is month to month, and is "AT WILL" for both parties.

2. I hereby acknowledge and agree that any Boat/RV in storage must be registered in my name, and must have current liability insurance within minimum limits of $100,000/$300,000. Proof of ownership and insurance must accompany this Rental Agreement. At any time, Crichton Rentals may request proof of continued ownership, insurance and all items must have current license and be registered through the department of motor vehicles.

3. I hereby acknowledge and agree that Crichton Rentals does not provide security for any item(s) in the storage. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Crichton Rentals harmless from any and all damages to their Boat/RV in storage.

4. The Boat/RV Storage Rental Information Form must be completed and signed prior to the approval.

5. The Following activities or items are NOT PERMITTED:

1. The use of any container with flammable fluids except for those normally a part of the allowed recreational vehicle or boat
2. No overnight occupancy
3. Engine testing, repairs, maintenance of any kind
4. Washing or painting of any items
5. Any type of modification while at storage facility

6. I hereby certify that I am in good standing and not in default in any payment to Crichton

7. Late Fees: Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payment is declined, and not received by the 5ᵗʰ of the month, a late fee in of $20 or 20% of the monthly rent, whichever is greater, will be charged.

8. I hereby acknowledge and agree to pay the monthly fees according to Crichton Rentals requirements. If my Boat/RV storage payments become delinquent to Crichton Rentals for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, and/or I become not in good standing, I agree that Crichton Rentals shall have the following rights/remedies:

1. To Terminate the Rental Agreement
2. To remove or tow the Boat/RV. In doing so, the items may be placed in storage, outside the perimeters of Crichton Rentals, at my expense until the Boat/RV is retrieved by me.
3. Bring action for money damages
4. By any other action or remedy permitted by law
5. Crichton Rentals remedies are cumulative in nature and may pursue any or all of the remedies in event of breach of the Rental Agreement.
6. I hereby acknowledge and agree that the Boat/RV storage area will be patrolled by Crichton Rentals to check for violations. If a violation persists for a period of time exceeding seven (7) days, I will lose my rights to the lease, after formal

TO THAT DATE, I AM AWARE A FULL MONTH WILL BE CHARGED, AND WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.

By signing below, I agree I have read and understand the above terms. I agree to provide proof of insurance, ownership, and a picture ID to tom@tlcrentalsllc.com.
