- Practice Round -- Tee times begin at 8 a.m.
- Practice round tournament (optional) -- Low net best ball of twosome at 100% of handicaps, $50 per team. Pro Shop credit awarded
- Registration in Lobby – 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Floating Green Contest Qualifier sponsored by Manning Lumber & Marine (3 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
- Men’s Dinner, Smoker & Calcutta in Dining Room (6 p.m. cocktails & food; 6:45 p.m. auction begins)

- Bloody Mary's and Screwdrivers sponsored by Seven-Three Distilling
- Food stations and bars located on course with breakfast and lunch selections
- 8:30 a.m. -- Shotgun for 1st 9-hole match (Rules at 8:15 a.m.)
- 11:15 a.m. -- Shotgun for 2nd 9-hole match
- Closest to the hole awards on all Par 3s the first two matches
- 2 p.m. -- Shotgun for 3rd 9-hole match
- 5 p.m. -- Ladies Wine Tasting on back patio with light bites and live music
- Floating Green Shootout to begin no later than 5:45 p.m.
- Dining on your own in Graham Dining Room -- Reservations required
Saturday October 18th
Player breakfast buffet in Discon Lounge (7 a.m.-8:30 a.m.)
- Bloody Mary's and Screwdrivers sponsored by Seven-Three Distilling
- 8:30 a.m. -- Shotgun for 4th 9-hole match (Rules at 8:15 a.m.)
- Food stations and bars located on course with breakfast and lunch selections
- 11:15 a.m. -- Shotgun start for final 9-hole match
- Shootout for Flight Winners (Approximately 3 p.m.) Immediately following, SwingFest Champions receive trophies, and the Member receives green jacket
- Awards Party – 7 p.m., with awards presentation to commence at 8 p.m. Dress: Dressy casual. Band: Nola Groove. Extensive food offerings and dessert bar
