Cancellation/No Show Policy for Appointment

1. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at
least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a full session price fee.

Any failure to attend the session or last-minute cancellation will be charged the full payment for the session.

2. Scheduled Appointments
We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep the other clients and therapist on time. If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment.


3. Engagement
Your engagement of Joe Reed dba Train Outta Pain will be governed by the terms of this Letter.

This letter is to confirm our understanding of the expectations for your participation in our training.

To perform our services, we will need to obtain information on a timely and periodic basis from you regarding your health and wellness. You will comply and let us know honestly about the condition of your health and timely complete any questionnaires on the topic.[OT1]

Due to the nature of the services that we offer, including, but not limited to, the time that we will invest in your manual therapy, training and/or coaching, we do not offer refunds and you waive the right to dispute any charges made from working within this engagement.

We reserve the right to withdraw from this engagement without rendering services for any reason, including, without limitation: (a) if you fail to comply with the terms of this engagement letter; (b) if you disagree with our recommendations; or (c) if we determine professional standards required our withdrawal for any other reason.

Our policy is payment before services are rendered. You must give at least 24 hours' notice before cancelling any training session. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, there will be a full sesssion price cancellation fee. Any failure to attend the session or last-minute cancellation will becharged the full payment for the session.

You may cancel this engagement at any time upon at least 24 hours’ notice.

By signing below, you indicate your understanding, agreement and acceptance of all of the above terms and conditions.
