EVENT SCHEDULING
Porter's Orchard is only available for booking during the following hours:
School Field Trips

There are 3 time slots per day, if a group has more than 30 people, they will be split into groups and rotate through various stations throughout the 2 hour time slot.

Times: 9 - 11am 11:30pm-1:30pm 2pm-4pm

*Tent can be reserved for 30 minute lunch on the property for an extra $50*

Private Group Tour Slots

There are 4 time slots per day, if a group has more than 30 people, they will be split into groups and rotate through various stations throughout the 2 hour time slot.

Times: 9 - 10:30am 11am - 1pm 1:30pm - 3:30pm 4pm - 6pm

Pavilion and Tent Rental Time Slots

Monday-Saturday- 9am - 12pm. 12:30 - 3:30pm 4 - 7pm

Sunday- 12:30 - 3:30pm 4 - 7pm
Rental Fees
School Field Trips AND Private Tours:

School Tours include an Educational Tour, Picking an Apple, Hayride, 1 Pie Pumpkin per student, 1 cup Apple Cider and 1 Donut per Student.

Option A- Everything Above- $8.00/Student and Adult

Option B- No Apples and Pumpkins- $5.00/Student and Adult

Package 2- (3 Hour Minimum) *The Unlimited*

$11/Person with 20 person Minimum ($220)

Includes: Tent or Pavilion Rental with use of gas grill, 1 Hayride, 1 Apple, and Unlimited Apple Cider and Donuts
