Your Commitment

You confirm that you are 18+ years old and you are the legal owner of the Salon that received the Platinum Invitation.

You have viewed and understand the Platinum Video Presentation for your region
You have had your Platinum Discussion with a HairChoice Representitive

You agree to make yourself available for an initial 60 Minute Education Session and ongoing training when required for your Salon to provide HairChoice Programming to your clients that wish to combat hairloss.

You understand that your Salon is an Ambassador for HairChoice and you agree to implement the following tasks as part of the HairChoice Growth Strategy to force overdue change to the Hairloss Solution Industry whilst supporting International Cancer Research

You agree to display your HairChoice Decal internally or externally at your Salon.

You agree to endorse and promote your Platinum Partnership with HairChoice on one the following platforms .

You agree to endorse HairChoice with a 5 Star Google Review

You agree to endorse HairChoice with a 5 Star Trust Pilot Review

Annual Administration Fee - You agree to contribute a tax-deductible $500 payment each 12 month period from the date of becoming a Platinum Partner to administer your participation in the Platinum Partnership Program.

You fully understand that in the event that you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement that HairChoice will provide 30 Days for you to rectify the outstanding issue. In the event that the issue has not been rectified in accordance to this agreement it is agreed by both parties that HairChoice has the option to downgrade your Platinum Partnership to a Standard Salon Partnership.

In the event that you have not met HairChoice operating and client relations procedures leading to a customer complaint and it has been determined that you have misrepresented HairChoice or a HairChoice Program your Platinum Partnership will be cancelled immediately along with subsequent National Partnership Program Remuneration.

In the event that you wish to cancel your Platinum Partnership you may do so for any reason with all pending Remuneration to be deposited into your nominated bank account on the scheduled date.

Our Committment

Salon Partnership Remuneration - Following a period of 14 Days from the purchasing of your clients HairChoice Program of choice, an amount of $1000 being Salon Partnership Remuneration will be deposited into your nominated bank account.

HairChoice is bound by competition, fair trading and consumer protection laws . This agreement will not limit any of your rights in relation to these laws. If any aspect of this agreement is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, it will be deleted. This won't affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining components.

Profit Guarantee

If after 24 months your Salon is not generating in excess of $30,000 profit per annum from your Platinum Partnership you may cancel your Platinum Partnership and receive a full refund of your $500 subscription for that year.
