  • 2025 Winter Market at OAC November 7 - December 24

  • The OAC Winter Market is a juried collection of handmade arts and crafts items that is showcased in the Fisher Room Gallery at Oliver Art Center.

    Winter Market hours will be Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 - 4:00 pm. The OAC is open to the public and there is no admission fee.

  • Terms of participation in the Winter Market:

    • Applications will be accepted through October 31st.
    • Drop-off dates are between November 1 and November 5th or earlier pending other arrangements.
    • Unsold work will be available for pick-up between December 26th - January 5th. Check with Oliver Art Center for open hours. All unsold work must be removed by January 5th.
    • All work must be handmade or assembled by the artist. Reselling of commercially manufactured items is not permitted. Greetings cards printed with your orginal artwork are accepted.
    • Artists may bring NO MORE THAN 24 items for initial drop-off and will be contacted for re-stocking. Storage space is not available at the OAC. If items are large, you will be asked to reduce the intiial quantity to fit our space.
    • Items are accepted on a consignment basis with a 60/40 split. The Artist retains 60% of the retail price.
    • An inventory sheet and consignment agreement will be sent to accepted artists, the completed forms must accompany delivered work.
    • Bar-coded price tags will be created by Oliver Art Center. Please do not tag your items other than with informational, care, or descriptive tags. 
    • The Oliver Art Center is responsible for all sales, displays, and collection of sales tax. We will set up a variety of displays, trees, mannequins, etc. Please do not bring any display items unless previously agreed upon with Debbie Sparks prior to drop off. 
    • Commission checks and sales reports will be mailed the first week of each month. For the Winter Market, checks will go out the end of the first week of December and again shortly after the New Year holiday.
