YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE PARADE WAIVER. All participants in your Parade entry must sign this waiver and it must be presented to the Parade coordinator prior to the start of the parade!

NOTE: WAIVER OF LIABILITY MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION; ADDITIONAL FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION.
