Mocha Dan’s has been an integral part of Fairbanks since 1992, and we believe in sharing in our customer’s lives and consider them our extended family.
We are always working to bring a reliable and quality product, to create new food and beverage menu items, to strive to achieve efficiency and speed in our service, and to produce an excellent experience time and again.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM?
We have a few staff members leaving to go to college at the beginning of August, so we are seeking a few passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking baristas to fill 3-4 shifts a week. Must have weekend availability. Shifts are from 12:00pm-7:00pm.
