I understand that the decisions of the judges are final and any unsportsmanlike conduct from me or members of my family may be grounds for disqualifications without refund. I understand that no refunds will be given once received except if the pageant is cancelled. By signing and submitting this application, I agree that I am the legal guardian of the contestant or I am the contestant over 18 years old.
