Event Date and Time:  

October 4th 2025 (9.00AM to 4.00PM) and

October 5th 2025 (9.00AM to 5.00PM)

Class Definition:

We have three team definition this time,

 Men's Doubles

 Women's Doubles

 Mixed Doubles

*No Age Restrictions

One player can play 2 categories

If you are a Men - You can play Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles

If you are a Women -- You can play Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles

We have worked hard to schedule matches without clashing, if happened please apologize us, thanks for understanding.

We offer three classes for players to register in Men's Doubles:

Advanced Class A:

Open to individuals who train and compete regularly in tournaments.
Players who rate their skill level as 7 or above out of 10.

Intermediate Class B:

Open to individuals who play regularly and have participated in any tournaments.
Players who rate their skill level as 4 to 7 out of 10. 

Beginner Class C:

Open to individuals who play regularly but have not participated in tournaments.
Players who rate their skill level as 4 or below out of 10. 

We offer two classes for players to register in Mixed Doubles: 

Intermediate Class B:

Open to individuals who play regularly and have participated in any tournaments, and rate their team average 6 and above. 

Beginner Class C:

Open to individuals who play regularly but have not participated in tournaments.
Players who rate their skill level as 5 or below out of 10. 

We offer Open Category for players to register in Womens Doubles:

It is open to all there is no category split for it

*People who are playing in Advanced level (Men's Doubles) cannot play in Beginner level (Mixed doubles), people who are playing womens doubles can play in any category in mixed doubles.

*Players please chose your category properly and register for it,

• Intermediate player please don't register in beginners,
• Advanced players please don't register in Intermediate.

Tournament Format:

On October 4th - Men's Doubles Beginner, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles Beginners

On October 5th - Men's Doubles Intermediate and Advanced, Mixed Doubles Intermediate

*The match day includes all the leagues and both Winners Knockout and Eliminators Knockout.

Winners Knockout:

League --> Knockout --> Semi Finals --> Final

• Teams will be divided into different Groups for the initial league round.
• League matches will be played as round robin and each team will play against all teams within their group.
• All the matches will have 3sets to play, the best of 3 will be considered.
• Top 2 teams from each group will qualify to further knock out stages.
• Winners of the Semi Finals will qualify to Finals.
• Losers of the Semi Finals will play for 3rd and 4th place.

Teams which gets eliminated in the League will be moved to Eliminators Knockouts.

Eliminators Knockout:

Eliminators team from League --> Eliminators Knockout --> Eliminators Semi Finals --> Eliminators Finals

• Eliminators Knockout Match fixtures will be shared once the league is done.
• Eliminators Knockout matches will be played as 1set against teams.
• Winners get qualified for Eliminators Semi’s.
• Winners of the Eliminators Semi Finals will qualify to Eliminators Finals.
• Eliminators Finals will have 3sets and best of 3 will be considered and only the winners and runners of Eliminators will be awarded with trophy.

If the number of teams in any category is less than expected, then we may cancel the Eliminators Knockout and we will conduct the category league in a different format, it will be announced before the tournament starts.

Good to know:

• Mavis 350 Shuttles will be provided by organizers. Participants may opt to use a different shuttle if agreed upon by both teams.
• Top 4 positions will be awarded with Individual Trophies for each class - Advanced, Intermediate and Beginners (*Its based on the total teams in each category).
• Eliminators winners and runners will be awarded with special trophy for each class (*Its based on the total teams in each category).
• All Participants except the players who is getting trophies will be given a medal or a memento.
• All the prize distribution will happen after the Final match on both days.
• Food along with Energy drink and Fruits will be provided to all participants.

Tournament Fee:

The Tournament fee is 400kr per team (all the categories), it includes Matches, Food, Drinks, Fruits and Happiness :)

The People who is registering for Men's doubles and Mixed Doubles or Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles should do two separate registrations and pay for each categories separately.

eg: Team CSK + Men's Doubles Beginner or Team CSK + Mixed Doubles Intermediate or Team CSK + Women's Doubles Open
