Payment & Non-Refundable Policy
Research fees must be paid in full before any research or quote preparation begins. Payment is accepted via Square or PayPal — a secure payment link will be provided after your consultation call.

IMPORTANT: The research fee is non-refundable once research has begun. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that EKJ Travel & Beyond will immediately begin working on your behalf and that no refund will be issued, regardless of whether you proceed to booking.

This fee covers our professional expertise, time, and tailored curation of your travel options. This fee is separate from the cost of your actual travel components and is fully non-refundable, regardless of whether a booking is finalized.
