Initial Ideation and Sourcing
In first stages of sketching and sourcing materials, a $50 Consultation fee is required. This deposit is for the time taken to do the task of Ideation and Sourcing. This deposit is non-refundable should you chose not to go forward with the project. But if you do move ahead, it is applied towards the cost of the garment total.
Timeline Consideration
Please plan ahead for when you need your garment. We recommend setting your desired completion date at least one to two weeks earlier than needed to ensure timely delivery.
Deposit & Pricing
A deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost is required to begin production
(I.E.- $350 - $50 consultation fee= $300/2 = $150 deposit.)
The final balance may be adjusted based on additional materials or time required for completion.
Production Time
Once the deposit is received, the garment will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete. This alots for material shipping and production time and if there are any delays in shipping.
Progress Updates
You will receive updates throughout the production process to keep you informed of your garment’s progress.
Fittings & Adjustments
Fittings are highly recommended to ensure the best possible fit:
For form-fitting, non-stretch garments, 1-2 fittings are suggested.
For stretch garments, 1 fitting or none may be necessary.
If you choose to skip fittings, the garment will be delivered as is.
Repairs & Alterations
Any necessary repairs due to tears or defects will be provided free of charge within the first 30 days. This is also the same for alterations.
Return Policy
- Custom garments are non-returnable as they are made to your specific measurements.
- Pre-made garments purchased from a marketplace have a 30-day return window, provided they are unused and in original condition.
